موضوع اليوم عن خطوات صحية اتمنى تعجبكم ,,
Tips for Your Health
Anyone of us who always searches for health perfection must follow certain rules and directions which can drag him to the safety path of health, that could be, by practicing daily sport exercises, eating healthy food and sure he needs to have a "RELAXATION".
"WALKING.. is one of the best sporty exercises, because it fits everyone in every age and in any healthy situation.
"BREATHING.. in a temperate way, may be a good practice.
"FRUITS,VEGETABLES.. These what I call' The Healthy Food.
"WATER.. drinking water can give you some of the staminas that you may need.
"CHEWING.. food is goody good .
"REMEMBER.. Don't ever sleep after eating, wait for 2 or 3 hours.
"DON'T.. go to your university with an empty stomach, you'd better eat something, at least eat 7 dates (تمر).
"PRAYING.. is the most important thing which can always saves you and keeps you far away from any psychological problems.
"BEING HAPPY.. is one of the factors which can help us hanging on to our life .
"ETHICS.. Believe me, The Good Ethics can show the sunshine through to your pretty face.
That's all what I've got for today,Take care of your sweet selves and live your life.
